Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Crailo Pet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who can use Crailo Pet
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
2. What Crailo Pet is
Crailo Pet is an engagement platform that helps veterinary clinics share information with pet owners — including pet records, reminders, messages, offers, and documents. Crailo Pet is a communication and recordkeeping tool.
3. Not veterinary advice
Information in the app, including care articles and clinic content, is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your veterinarian with questions about your pet’s health. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately. Crailo Pet does not provide veterinary services.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other users’ or clinics’ data, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and files you submit. You grant Crailo Pet a license to host and process that content solely to provide the service (including sharing it with your clinic). Content your clinic adds is governed by your relationship with that clinic.
7. Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crailo Pet LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
